@Lisa-hc3uq3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I make an eclair ring. Very similar. My filling is 2 pkgs of vanilla pudding, mixed with light cream instead of milk and I add vanilla extract.. Chocolate is drizzled over it. It tastes exactly like an eclair. The dough part is tricky though. It's baked at a high oven temp and reduced after 25 minutes. My dough seems to collapse while cooling. Never found out why but no one complains..Its the most requested dessert for friends and family gatherings. Love it. 🙂

Yum yum yum 😋 I'd have to make this next time I have people coming over for a meal because I'd eat this all to my greedy self......I love anything with a custard in the middle . Delicious 😋

I just tried out this recipe today, and it came out amazing! I did lessen the sugar for the cream, and I also added some cream of wheat to the cream as well to make it a little more solid. Great recipe!

Hi! We in Serbia make something very similar. We call it "Princess donuts". We make pieces of pastry (same pastry as yours) and we fill pieces of pastry with vanilla cream. 🙂

No one said that you have to eat the whole cake in one go... One slice with a cup of tea or coffee or juice as snack in between the lunch and dinner would be just fine. Really ppl ,do you need manual of instructions for everything?!
