Hi, by radar guidance only: no. The runways are too close to each other (unlike Munich) But during VMC the pilot of the following airplane can accept visual separation. Then he is responsible the the safe distance to the preceding aircraft. But, he is not allowed to overtake the preceding aircraft as he would loose the visual contact to the aircraft he is responsible for.
