This works for me. I am usually very critical when it comes to these tutorial videos but this is legitimate and actually works. My screen was frozen and I press the volume and power button simultaneously and it restarted after 45 minutes of being frozen. Well the 1st example worked for my son's phone (Alcatel OneTouch)... At 1st it wouldn't turn on with the power button... Pressing & Holding all 3 buttons at once, WORKED PERFECTLY FOR MY FIRST TRY... Thanks a million. Step 14, smacking the Pwr button in case it's stuck on, was the solution. I took the side of a pen and slid it across the Pwr button with force, about 15 times, fast. It must have released the button, because then it booted up. It makes perferct sense. Thanks a million.

This is a life saver! The one that worked for mine was the power button and volume up button.
