Brilliant! I think burnout is a major danger in healthcare. And one we don't talk about often enough either... there is a recognition of some of the sacrifices healthcare workers make, especially in terms of lifestyle, even some of the physical dangers especially in frontline jobs.. but something we don't deal with enough is compassion fatigue and a lot of it stems from losing the personal-work life balance and overlooking self-care And it can be so easy to do. great video

Yes and no. Where I worked it could be 3 RNs scheduled in a room for the day. We had to scrub too. We all worked together as a team.

Knowing you are experience w so many smells in the OR Do you know any health conditions that have a foul odor and can be smell from a far? for example dead rat or feces.?? Or when people start to cough alot around someone because of a smell. Please and thanks. Would gladly apreciate it.

Ana Lopez Feces, gangrene, and patients with poor hygiene are some of the bad smells you will encounter in surgery. Wintergreen oil is your friend! Dip a cotton-tipped applicator in a bottle and dab a little onto the outside of your mask, and it will “mask” the bad smells.
