hal the mouse stuttering might be bcuz the nvidia geforce app try deleting it and see if its fixed. this worked for me i believe its to do with polling rate on the mouse conflicting with the app if u turn down polling rate or delete the app game runs smooth af

It most absolutely is OP once you're adept with your roller. If you're a noob, then it's completely irrelevant what input you use, because you suck either way.
