It's really good that you're keeping track of your symptoms. A lot of doctors don't know about PMDD and they misdiagnose it for things like BP, BPD or GAD. Before you mention it to your doctor (a gynecologist would be the best probably), have at least 3 months of documented symptoms where you can show that it comes in cycles. And for those of you reading, a really good app to use is Me v PMDD. Very comprehensive in tracking your symptoms. And PMDD is not PMS on steroids. It's a whole nother beast and the two should not be included in the same sentence. Love you!!!

I’ve really been wondering about this because I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar but the ONLY times I get the skin crawling anger and irritation and wild thoughts is the few days/week leading up to my period and then I’m immediately back to my normal mind. 🧐🧐

I get like this too … 😢I feel for you girl. Two things- it’s an estrogen dominance thing - doesn’t matter ur age. If ur period is extreme, painful & heavy it means too much estrogen and u can balance it thru natural ways and certain foods especially before ur period. If u Google it u will see tons of info and I would try holistic route. It really matters what ur eating as well but has a lot to do w: ur hormones. I still have it from time to time 🎉so bad where I can’t even leave my bed the pain is crippling ❤best of luck 🍀 love ur videos and excited for vlogmas 🌲
