hey PGE, i just wanted to say that recently I had the honor to show a photo (screenshot) of you to my friend, because we were talking about our favorite things. when it was my turn, i showed her that photo you pulled up on stream one day of you and lenny outside (in like the front lawn or someone's parking space), and i told her "that's my favorite streamer!" in a super happy tone (because usually i don't speak to my friends about the streamers i watch). although she knows that i don't usually share my interests with others, she still felt like it was okay for her to be super mean about it. her reaction was nothing i expected. i expected her to be supportive and happy for me as well, where i finally found something that i enjoyed (there hasn't been much that I've been enjoying in the past few years). but no. she looked at me as if i was crazy. she asked me (in a really mean and condescending tone) "why do you ENJOY watching a 30 year old ASIAN male stream?" (she emphasized the asian part because she and i are both asian and it's funny to be racist to your own kind or something, i think) and i reassured her that you were not 30, and that that's really mean to say. she said "okay so why does he look 30?". i was taken aback, visibly, i was shocked. not just shocked, i think my entire worldview shattered. my heart dropped and it felt like my blood ran cold. in that moment i saw nothing but red, i was ready to protect my favorite streamer at all costs. "holy parasocial!" is what you may be thinking, but no, it's not a parasocial relationship, i just have a heart to care for others, especially when it comes to PGE. to put it shortly, i blocked her. i may have been best friends with this girl for the past 4 years, but there was no way i was going to allow her to just disrespect you like that. i had really believed that there was still kindness and love in this world but clearly i was wrong. PGE adores his fans with kindness yet all he receives back is hate and jealousy, where chatters call him "washed" and "retired" but no really the only thing that's getting washed are those dishes that they have in the sink at their job (at wendy's, not even Mcdonald's because Mcdonalds didn't want to hire them). i wish to show PGE that he does still have fans who actually do care about him (nothing parasocial of course!), so i blocked her. because no one who disrespects my favorite streamer will stay in my vicinity. I'm planning on getting a restraining order against her, too. those words that came out of her mouth really broke me, especially since i believe that there is no such thing as true ugliness in this world, and that looking "30" is not really a bad thing, it just shows that you're more mature looking (despite your anime and other childish interests). this is all to say that you're doing a great job PGE! thank you and your lovely editors for all the content ☺there's nothing i love watching more than a PGE youtube video after a long day ❤‍🩹
