The condition of this scooter isn't actually that bad, it actually need minor work to make it work perfect and in my opinion you should keep it stock because these "minarelli vertical" engines like to run atleast with a performance exhaust ( preferably with an expansion chamber ) so i'd reccomend you do that atleast

Also remove the gas and oil mixing system because they are very unreliable and can cause major engine damage, so just with the pump and all the lines and remove them and mix you oil with gas yourself
