That's one of the things about the game that I really like. Its not just a nice fangame with lots of funny references to Hololive. If you remove the funny and the references, you are still left with a well made fighting game, with fluid controls, nice combos and great mechanics. It is a game worth playing.

To be fair, this game had some bugs on release. But since its an indie, the devs were both watching streamers playing, and also encouraging people on Twitter to submit any and all bugs they might find. They were updating the game in real time, sometimes DURING the stream of the streamer that found out the bug. During the stream where Calli played with Watame, the devs were updating the game while Calli and Watame were playing. So its not that indie games lack bugs, is that indie devs actually listen to the players and fix them really fast, instead of going "Its not a bug, its a feature" and calling it a day.

And Sora. Just did the same thing for her character. But not sure when those lines will be implemented into the game though.

Didn't get to catch this live but happy to see now after how much fun Koe had discovering the movesets and different references in there, the artists did an incredible job in giving the idols a ton of personality in those Extra happy as Coco's original moveset designer to see how much he seemed to like some of her moves, like 5H and ddS being a couple of my personal favorites as well 😊 (Also unless yall already got it from his or other people's streams, the ddS is projectile invulnerable) And before you ask/say, yes devs know Coco needs some changes/buffs, so although I can't promise anything since I'm personally not actively working on the project rn (uni kicking my ass), the team is incredible and if stuff feels out of place I wouldn't worry about it staying that way for long ^^ Thank you for the insane response on the game and I'm just happy to see people enjoying it so much

I've been cooking with Fubuki except for the fact that there's an anti-infinite system lol. I can do 5H -> 4H -> 2H to J.H landing 5H ->4H ->2H to 22H for an extra floor bounce, but by then I've already reached the combo limit.

It would be cool to have a basic overall guide first, with fighting game basics that apply to this game, I've always wanted to get into fighting games but I don't know, on smash for example you don't have to learn anything to just play because all your attacks "make sense" you press a button and the direction you want and that's it, but here you have commands, multiple resource bars, and some attacks don't make sense with what you're pressing for a newbie imo. I just feel like there are so many things to remember

Yeah, as much as some people are saying otherwise, I really don't find it 'new to fighting on keyboard' friendly. Maybe with a controller I would actually enjoy the game enough to want to get good at it. It's definitely possible to learn everything with enough practice, but I'm not going to spend that long if it's not fun for me. It's undoubtedly an amazing game though so I'm glad it's doing well.
