Im so Obsessed!! 😱

This week, I wanna share this simple yet gorgeous plant with you. It is the easiest to care for, but apparently not so easy to find around here! If you do see this in a nursery, I hope you will give it a chance and bring it home. I promise you, you will not regret it!

Hi there!! Yes they are but they dont taste very good. It is very fibrous, but my friend says if they make vegetarian serunding, they will use the leaves in replacment of the meat floss. So you can imagine how fibrous they are. I think if you want to eat, then plant the green ones.

Yup you certainly can!! That's what I did. The ones we eat normally have green leaves.

Been waiting for this video since your July 2020 plant haul. Love the maple leaf shaped leaves. Got mine when it was purple with purple on both sides of leaf. It is now dark green on top and purple below like yours. Any idea why and whether it can become purple again? Any fungus problem? Keep getting dark spots and if a whole vine loses all its leaves, that whole branch shrivel and die. Luckily, it is easy to propagate. There is another plant called cranberry hibiscus/panama red hibiscus/hibiscus acetosella with red maple leaves. I was told its flower was pink by the nursery seller but they turn out to be like the leaves. So sometimes missed the flower when they bloomed as they last for a day. On the lookout for the pink flower and bright red variety to contrast its leaves. Got both plants for less than SGD10 each. How is your ficus deltoidea? Know of any nusery selling the gold leaves variety? Both sides of the leaf are yellow. Found your channel by accident and binged on your content for a few weeks. Like your cheerful personality, gutsy to propagate and rescue in different ways, giving updates within the same video and your DIYs. Most of all, similar weather conditions. Hi KH!! Thank you so much for your lovely comment!! You made my day :) The Ipomoea you have could be the green variety if the topside of the leaf is green. There is a variety which has the same maple leaf shape but is totally the opposite of this one in the video. The matured leaves are green and the young leaves are purple. Yes, they like to go drop leaves, but like you say, very easy to propagate. I think with a plant like this, it needs to be renew at least every year, because the roots take over the whole pot very quickly and at some point, the plant would not be getting enough water, nutrients and space. So I would pluck out some new vines and plant into a new pot of substrate, and the old plant can be composted. Cranberry hibiscus, yes I have a friend who grows it. An edible right? Ficus Deltoidea is doing good now. Growth was stunted when it was inside the house, not enough light. But I have since moved it into the balcony. It's growing healthily. I don't think I have seen a fully gold variety, but I know with the green/gold variety I have, if it gets direct sun, the green upperside turns gold too.

Love that u show the progression through the days! Surprised to see that the sweet potato plant flower is actually from morning glory family! My balcony is very shaded. Hope u can do a segment on plants that can grow in shaded space n how to take care of them. Tq!

I've seen this plant from your instagram and have also been trying to look for this plant in Indonesia but to no luck, there are only the regular green one and the purplish variegated one which looks more resembling an english ivy. @@WinnieLuthienThye majority of my house plants requires watering about twice a week. I forgot i had a fern indoor. Two weeks later i found it gettin crispy, now recovering under intensive care. It grows super slow too😅 Btw, i propogated my string of hearts just like ur tipz and now i hv heaps of them. I will never recycle my red plastic bags again🤣
