Hi, I'm a new subscriber. I'm 22 and I live in Italy. My parents are moving to London in 2 months so I'll be alone for the next 2 years until I finish my studies. So the first thing that came to my mind was "damn how am I going to survive? I have to cook and I know nothing" . I can only make pasta, rice, dim vaja and different time of vorta(I'm from barisal). So I found this channel. I already saw a lot of videos, but haven't tried any of the recepes yet. So far all I can say is that the videos are extremely clear. You make them look so easy to make. There are few things I like in particular: 1) the videos are relatively short compare to other cooking videos on KZbin. So I never get bored and watch all the video till the end. 2) the videos shooting skills are great. Their dinamic. It's almost like I'm there with you. 3) you always suggest different options to do the same thing without changing the final result( when you suggest swapping ingredients or things if they're not available). You're very flexible and don't always stick to the recepe as it should be. It's a very long comment but I wanted to let you know that I like what are doing. Ciao😄
