From last five years I am making cakes on birthdays of my family members. I have tried various recipes without egg (cakes with milk powder or condensed milk etc.) None of them turned so well like this recipe. I just loved this one.. the cake is also good for frosting or ganache decorations. I did a little variation in recipe. As we do not get sour curd I added half spoon of vinegar and baked cake in otg instead of pan.
