Why does the image you are using look HIGHLY filtered/modified from the very beginning. I cannot get the oil paint filter to look even remotely as smooth as yours does "untouched", before using the oil paint filter. Looks Van Gogh af lol, lines swirling throughout the entire image no matter what the settings. It's like I'm not even using the same tool...

Somewhat good instruction but missing A LOT of details so that the video appears better. There is a visible cut at 1:26 that makes it seem like the background can just be filled in with a colour at this point. But obviously more work was done. You can see the layers change. 👎🏾
