I lost my sweetheart August 29th. We left the funeral home and pulled into his final resting place, I decided to stay in the car. My legs barely able to move. I sat in the car alone. Turned my phone on and this song popped up first. I had never heard it at all. I just read the words "I'm A Wreck" and it described how I felt....I hit play and continued to cry. I love when you guys do the different variations of your songs. I’m so sorry for your loss. This song hits home to me. I’ve had an estranged relationship with my older, only brother for the past 2 years. I’m starting to accept there might not ever be a reconciliation. This song gives me hope that I can still be ok moving forward, but I really miss my brother and I pray the universe puts us back on the same path in this lifetime. His wife is keeping us apart. Spouses that do that to families, are evil. It affects the children in the family besides the siblings, not to mention the parents, especially the mother.

It leaves a gigantic hole in your heart. One big enough for two dogs to find a home in. But honestly, Lily was all I had for a long time and I felt like a rich man. This song NAILS that feeling of holding it together and the minute you see something that brings that person or pet to the front of your mind, boom. The pain is there. But it’s a small price to pay for a beagles love. It hurts but only because the love is so big. Thank you for being so kind. You truly made my family happy by sharing your thoughts. God bless you ❤️

@@willzy5375 lost a Shepherd three years back. My wife’s dog. That was brutal. My Lily was with me through a lot of hard times. She definitely saved me. I understand completely.
