Same thing happened to me yesterday. I was playing ball in wp because i wanted to have some fun, and i had a person go sombra and Hack the hot away from my experience, followed by being slept then rocked by sig, then started flaming me in chat. I got into another match with him right after on Hollywood and we drove it down their throats. And this was quickplay. Got the steriotypical zzzzz chats and ez when his team was the reason why he was able to do what he did. This game can be so infuriating.
