50 attack speed doee not do more dps than 15% reduction talent all arc warden players always take 15% reduction talent, it has so much value when you cast your spells properly. All arc spells have almost 0 down time, tempest double have the same cooldown as boots of travel and it gives more dps than 50 attack speed because you can use 4-5 flux and bubble and around 8 spark ray in one fight to top that off that arc warden has good animation and have high attack speed you build midas, mjholnir and mkb anyway so 50 attack speed is pretty much useless
