I can review angiography but the embryology is not a subject I can do justice to. I am planning to change my format of lectures so look for something along these lines in the near future.

Compared side by side, I can see the subtle anatomical difference the cyst between 2:59 and 9:47, may I ask the cyst at 2:59 is arachnoid cyst? Excellent series, look forward to more excellent tutorials.

Why do surgeons say that a 1cm pineal cyst has no consequence, but I know it affects me badly?
