Very nice presentation, one question was how to differentiate adrenoleukodystrophy from Tumefactive demyelination as mentioned as one of the differentials.

I think the almost perfectl symmetry is somethng you'll rarely see in tumefactive demyelination. The diagnosis relies on not just imaging alone off course, detrmination of very long chain fatty acids and genetic testing wll be crucial for diagnosis of X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy.
