Imahen Taotao Tano

Imåhen Taotao Tåno’ (Images of the People of the Land) was started in 1999 under Fafa’nå’gue (Certified CHamoru Cultural Practitioner recognized by the Guam Legislature) and Tribal Council Member Rosemary Mantanoña.
Established under Pa’a Taotao Tåno’ in 2002 under the First Master of CHamoru Dance, Saina Frank Rabon, Imåhen Taotao Tåno’ continues the mission to preserve and perpetuate the CHamoru culture through various community services and events. Guma’ meaning house, is a home, that encompasses nurturing and development for embracing the CHamoru culture. Guma’ Imåhen Taotao Tåno’ is a home for acquiring lifelong skills while learning the CHamoru culture to carry on for future generations.
