Sahe bukhri hadith no 756 Sahe Muslim hadith no 874 Janis termizi hadith no 311 Sunn Abu dawood hadith no 823,24 جس نے سورت الفا تحہ نہیں پڑھی آسکی نماز نہیں ہوتی ہے۔ باقی حوالہ حدیث چیک کریں ۔ ترمذی حدیث نمبر 311 رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فجر پڑھی، آپ پر قرأت دشوار ہو گئی، نماز سے فارغ ہونے کے بعد آپ نے فرمایا: ”مجھے لگ رہا ہے کہ تم لوگ اپنے امام کے پیچھے قرأت کرتے ہو؟“ ہم نے عرض کیا: جی ہاں، اللہ کی قسم ہم قرأت کرتے ہیں، آپ نے فرمایا: ”تم ایسا نہ کیا کرو سوائے سورۃ فاتحہ کے اس لیے کہ جو اسے نہیں پڑھتا اس کی نماز نہیں ہوتی ہے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عبادہ رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- یہ حدیث زہری نے بھی محمود بن ربیع سے اور محمود نے عبادہ بن صامت سے اور عبادہ نے نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے۔ آپ نے فرمایا: اس شخص کی نماز نہیں جس نے سورۃ فاتحہ نہیں پڑھی، یہ سب سے صحیح روایت ہے، ۳ - اس باب میں ابوہریرہ، عائشہ، انس، ابوقتادہ اور عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۴- صحابہ اور تابعین میں سے اکثر اہل علم کا امام کے پیچھے قرأت کے سلسلے میں عمل اسی حدیث پر ہے۔ ائمہ کرام میں سے مالک بن انس، ابن مبارک، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول بھی یہی ہے، یہ سبھی لوگ امام کے پیچھے قرأت کے قائل ہیں ۱؎۔

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah. ABANDONING SURATUL FATEHA behind the Imaan an ill effect of Taqleed (Blind following). 1. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. Quran Al Maidah 5:3. 2. But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission. (An-Nisa 4:65) (my Ummah will split into seventy-three sects. All of them are in the Fire Except one sect." He said: "And which is it O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "What I am upon and my Companions." Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2641) The above verse of the Quran states that the religion Islam is complete, nothing can be added nor anything can be removed. Rasoolallah ﷺ is the Final Judge not any Imaam. In the above hadees Rasoolallah ﷺ mentions about the people on guidence are on the path of Rasoolallah ﷺ and his Sahaba. If anyone contradicts with the teachings of Quran and sunnah is to be rejected. Reciting Suratul Fateha is an Obligation in every Rakaat even (Louder Prayer) behind the Imaam. 3. Narrated Ubadah ibn as-Samit: We were behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at the dawn prayer, and he recited (the passage), but the recitation became difficult for him. Then when he finished, he said: Perhaps you recite behind your imam? We replied: Yes, it is so, Messenger of Allah. He said: Do not do so except when it is Fatihat al-Kitab, for he who does not recite it is not credited with having prayed. (Abu Dawood 824). 4. Ubada b. as-Samit reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: He who does not recite Umm al-Qur'an is not credited with having observed the prayer. حدثنا عَبد اللهِ بن محَمد النفيلي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حدثنَا محَمد بْن سلمة، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَن مُحمد بن إِسحاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَن مكحول، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عن محمود بن الربيعِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عن عبادة بن الصامت. اس حدیث کی سند میں محمد بن اسحاق راوی ہے جو کہ مغازی کا امام تھا، لیکن روایت حدیث میں جمہور محدثین کے نزدیک سخت ضعیف و مجروح ہے۔ امام مالک نے اسے دجالوں میں سے ایک دجال کہا ہے۔ (تهذیب التهذیب ج۹ص۴۱، تذکرۃ الحفاظ للذھبی ج۱ص۱۳۰) امام یحییٰ ابن معین فرماتے ہیں کہ لوگ ہمیشہ اس کی حدیث سے بچتے رہے ہیں، نیز وہ ضعیف ہے۔ (الجرح والتعدیل ج۷ص۱۹۴) امام سلیمان تمیمی نے اسے کذاب کہا ہے۔ (میزان الاعتدال للذھبی ج۳ص۴۶۹) امام یحییٰ ابن سعید القطان فرماتے ہیں کہ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمد بن اسحاق بہت بڑا جھوٹا ہے۔ (میزان الاعتدال للذھبی ج۳ص۴۷۱) اہلحدیث عالم مولانا نواب صدیق حسن خان ایک حدیث کی تحقیق میں یہ لکھتے ہیں کہ اس کی سند میں محمد بن اسحاق ہے اور محمد بن اسحاق حجت نہیں۔ (دلیل الطالب ص۲۳۹) دوسرا راوی مکحول ہے جو کہ تدلیس کیا کرتا تھا۔ امام ابن سعد فرماتے ہیں کہ محدثین کی ایک جماعت نے مکحول کو ضعیف قرار دیا ہے، اور وہ صاحب تدلیس تھا۔ (میزان الاعتدال للذھبی ج۳ص۱۹۸) امام ذہبی نے اس حدیث کو معلل قرار دیا ہے۔ (میزان الاعتدال ج۴ص۲۴۲) اور ملل حدیث کبھی قابلِ حجت نہیں ہوتی۔ اس لیے شیخ ناصر الدین البانی نے اس روایت کو نقل کرنے کے بعد ”ضعیف“ لکھتے ہیں۔ (ضعیف سنن ابی داؤد ۱۴۷) امام ترمذی نے اس حدیث کو ”حسن“ کہا ہے۔ (سنن الترمذی:۳۱۱) جبکہ امام ترمذی احادیث کی تصحیح میں متساہل ہیں۔ امام ذہبی فرماتے ہیں: علماء کرام امام ترمذی کی تصحیح پر اعتماد نہیں کرتے۔ (میزان الاعتدال ج۳ص۴۰۷) نیز یہ بھی فرماتے ہیں: امام ترمذی کی تحسین پر دھوکہ نہیں ہونا چاہیے، کیونکہ تحقیق کے بعد ان کی اکثر حسن حدیثیں ضعیف ثابت ہوتی ہیں۔ (میزان الاعتدال ج۴ص۴۱۶) لہذا یہ روایت حسن نہیں بلکہ سخت ضعیف و مردود ہے۔

Sunan Abu Dawood, Hadith No 824 It was reported from Makhil, from Nafi bin Mahmud bin Ar Rabi' Al-Ansari who said: “Once Ubadah (bin As-Samit) was late for the Subh prayer, so Abü Nu'aim, the Mu'adh-dhin, called the Iqamah, and led the people in prayer. 'Ubadah came, and I was with him, and we stood behind Abu Nu'aim while he was reciting out loud. Ubadah started reciting Fatihatil-Kitab, When he finished, I said to him: 'I heard you reciting Fatihatil-Kitāb while Abu Nuaim was reciting out loud (as well).' He replied: 'Yes. The Messenger of Allah prayed a prayer in which the recitation is done out loud, and the recitation became difficult for him. When he finished, he turned around to face us and said: "Do you recite when I recite out loud?" Some of us replied: "We do indeed do that." So he said: "Then do not (do so), for I was saying (to myself) 'What is the matter with me that I am struggling with the Qur'an?' So do not recite anything of the Qur'an when I recite out loud, except the Mother of the Book." (Sahih)

Jab Emam kiraat kare to khaamos raho or laast me Aameen kaho lekin Jab Emaam khaamosi se Surah faatiha padhe to tum bhi khaamosi se surah faatiha padho kionki khaamosi Surah faatiha Emam ke padhane se tum Aameen bhi nahi kahte ho. Yahi sabse behtar raasta hai.

Ahadees me jahri aur siri ka koi farq nahi kiya gaya. Nabi saw ki ahadees aur sahaba ke aqwaal se yahi milta hai k imam ke piche qirat karne se mana kiya gaya hai. Isi liye ahtiyaat isi me hai k imam ke piche na fatiha padha jaye aur na koi aur surat.

بلکل اگر امام کی فاتحہ کے بعد قرات سورت کی تلاوت اگر تیری لئے قرت ہو سکتی ہت تو فاتحہ امام کی تیری فاتحہ کیوں نہیں سکتی ۔ فاتحہ کے ساتھ سورت ملانا بھی کہا ہے پھر تم سورت پر کیوں خاموش رہتے ہو وہ بھی پڑھو تب ٹھیک ہے تم فاتحہ امین کے بعد چپ رہتے ہو ادھر حنفی ہو جاتے ہو

But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. Quran Al Maidah 5:3. 2. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. Quran Al Maidah 5:3. 2. But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission. (An-Nisa 4:65) (my Ummah will split into seventy-three sects. All of them are in the Fire Except one sect." He said: "And which is it O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "What I am upon and my Companions." Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2641) The above verse of the Quran states that the religion Islam is complete, nothing can be added nor anything can be removed. Rasoolallah ﷺ is the Final Judge not any Imaam. In the above hadees Rasoolallah ﷺ mentions about the people on guidence are on the path of Rasoolallah ﷺ and his Sahaba. If anyone contradicts with the teachings of Quran and sunnah is to be rejected. Reciting Suratul Fateha is an Obligation in every Rakaat even (Louder Prayer) behind the Imaam. 3. Narrated Ubadah ibn as-Samit: We were behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at the dawn prayer, and he recited (the passage), but the recitation became difficult for him. Then when he finished, he said: Perhaps you recite behind your imam? We replied: Yes, it is so, Messenger of Allah. He said: Do not do so except when it is Fatihat al-Kitab, for he who does not recite it is not credited with having prayed. (Abu Dawood 824). 4. Ubada b. as-Samit reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: He who does not recite Umm al-Qur'an is not credited with having observed the prayer. Ahadees me jahri aur siri ka koi farq nahi kiya gaya. Nabi saw ki ahadees aur sahaba ke aqwaal se yahi milta hai k imam ke piche qirat karne se mana kiya gaya hai. Mufti reference do Mera reference ye hay Sahe bukhri hadith no 756 Sahe Muslim hadith no 874 Janis termizi hadith no 311 Sunn Abu dawood hadith no 823,24 جس نے سورت الفا تحہ نہیں پڑھی آسکی نماز نہیں ہوتی ہے۔ باقی حوالہ حدیث چیک کریں ۔ ترمذی حدیث نمبر 311 رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فجر پڑھی، آپ پر قرأت دشوار ہو گئی، نماز سے فارغ ہونے کے بعد آپ نے فرمایا: ”مجھے لگ رہا ہے کہ تم لوگ اپنے امام کے پیچھے قرأت کرتے ہو؟“ ہم نے عرض کیا: جی ہاں، اللہ کی قسم ہم قرأت کرتے ہیں، آپ نے فرمایا: ”تم ایسا نہ کیا کرو سوائے سورۃ فاتحہ کے اس لیے کہ جو اسے نہیں پڑھتا اس کی نماز نہیں ہوتی ہے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عبادہ رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- یہ حدیث زہری نے بھی محمود بن ربیع سے اور محمود نے عبادہ بن صامت سے اور عبادہ نے نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے۔ آپ نے فرمایا: اس شخص کی نماز نہیں جس نے سورۃ فاتحہ نہیں پڑھی، یہ سب سے صحیح روایت ہے، ۳ - اس باب میں ابوہریرہ، عائشہ، انس، ابوقتادہ اور عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۴- صحابہ اور تابعین میں سے اکثر اہل علم کا امام کے پیچھے قرأت کے سلسلے میں عمل اسی حدیث پر ہے۔ ائمہ کرام میں سے مالک بن انس، ابن مبارک، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول بھی یہی ہے، یہ سبھی لوگ امام کے پیچھے قرأت کے قائل ہیں ۱؎۔

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ صَلَّى صَلَاةً لَمْ يَقْرَأْ فِيهَا بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ فَهِيَ خِدَاجٌ» ثَلَاثًا غَيْرُ تَمَامٍ. فَقِيلَ لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: إِنَّا نَكُونُ وَرَاءَ الْإِمَامِ؟ فَقَالَ: «اقْرَأْ بِهَا فِي نَفْسِكَ»؛ فإنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: قَسَمْتُ الصَّلَاةَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ عَبْدِي نِصْفَيْنِ، وَلِعَبْدِي مَا سَأَلَ، فَإِذَا قَالَ الْعَبْدُ: {الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ} [الفاتحة: 2]، قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: حَمِدَنِي عَبْدِي، وَإِذَا قَالَ: {الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ} [الفاتحة: 1]، قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: أَثْنَى عَلَيَّ عَبْدِي، وَإِذَا قَالَ: {مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ}، قَالَ: مَجَّدَنِي عَبْدِي - وَقَالَ مَرَّةً فَوَّضَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدِي - فَإِذَا قَالَ: {إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ} [الفاتحة: 5] قَالَ: هَذَا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ عَبْدِي، وَلِعَبْدِي مَا سَأَلَ، فَإِذَا قَالَ: {اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ صِرَاطَ الَّذينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ} [الفاتحة: 7] قَالَ: هَذَا لِعَبْدِي وَلِعَبْدِي مَا سَأَلَ قَالَ: سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي بِهِ الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمنِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ، دَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ فِي بَيْتِهِ. فَسَأَلْتُهُ أَنَا عَنْهُ سفیان بن عیینہ نے علاء بن عبدالرحمن سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ، انہوں نے نبی ﷺ سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا : جس نے کوئی نماز پڑھی اور اس میں ام القرآن کی قراءت نہ کی تو وہ ناقص ہے ۔‘‘ تین مرتبہ فرمایا ، یعنی پوری ہی نہیں ۔ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا گیا : ہم امام کے پیچھے ہوتے ہیں ۔ انہوں نے کہا : اس کو اپنے دل میں پڑھ لو کیونکہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنا ، آپ فرما رہے تھے : اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا : میں نے نماز اپنے اور اپنے بندے کے درمیان آدھی آدھی تقسیم کی ہے اور میرے بندے نے جو مانگا ، اس کا ہے جب بندہ «﴿الحمد لله رب العالمين﴾» سب تعریف اللہ ہی کے لیے جو جہانوں کا رب ہے ۔‘‘ کہتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے : میرے بندے نے میری تعریف کی ۔ اور جب وہ کہتا ہے : «﴿الرحمن الرحيم﴾» سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا ہمیشہ مہربانی کرنے والا ۔‘‘ تو اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے : میرے بندے نے میری ثنا بیان کی ۔ پھر جب وہ کہتا ہے : «﴿ مالك يوم الدين﴾» جزا کے دن کا مالک ۔‘‘ تو ( اللہ ) فرماتا ہے : میرے بندے نے میری بزرگی بیان کی ۔ اور ایک دفعہ فرمایا : میرے بندے نے ( اپنے معاملات ) میرے سپرد کر دیے ۔ پھر جب وہ کہتا ہے : «﴿إياك نعبد وإياك نستعين﴾» ہم تیری ہی بندگی کرتے اور تجھ ہی سے مدد چاہتے ہیں ۔‘‘ تو ( اللہ ) فرماتا ہے : یہ ( حصہ ) میرے اور میرے بندے کے درمیان ہے اور میرے بندے نے جو مانگا ، اس کا ہے اور جب وہ کہتا ہے : «﴿إهدنا الصراط المستقيم صراط الذين أنعمت عليهم غير المغضوب عليهم والا الضالين﴾» ہمیں راہ راست دکھا ، ان لوگوں کی راہ جن پر تو نے انعام فرمایا ، نہ غضب کیے گئے لوگوں کی ہو اور نہ گمراہوں کی ۔‘‘ تو ( اللہ ) فرماتا ہے : یہ میرے بندے کے لیے ہے اور میرے بندے کا ہے جو اس نے مانگا ۔ سفیان نے کہا : مجھے یہ روایت علاء بن عبدالرحمن بن یعقوب نے سنائی ، میں ان کے پاس گیا ، وہ گھر میں بیمار تھے ۔ میں نے ان سے اس حدیث کے بارے میں سوال کیا ( تو انہوں نے مجھے یہ حدیث سنائی ۔ ) Sahih Muslim#878 کتاب: نماز کے احکام ومسائل Status: صحیح

صحیح حدیث کا مفہوم ہے کے حضرت رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس نے نماز میں سورت الفاتحہ نہیں پڑھی اس کی نماز نہیں ہوئی تو ایک صحابی رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ نے فرمایا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اگر ہم امام کے پیچھے ہو اور وہ نماز میں قراءت پڑھتا ہوں تو ہم کیا کرے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ سورۃ الفاتحہ پڑھنا چاہیے مگر آہستہ کیونکہ اس کے بغیر کوئی نماز نہیں ہوتی

Jaise jahri namazu me imam ki qirat muqtadi ke liye kaafi hai waise hi siri namazoo me bi imam ki qirat muqtadi ke liye kaafi hai. Ahadees me jahri aur siri ka koi farq nahi kiya gaya. Nabi saw ki ahadees aur sahaba ke aqwaal se yahi milta hai k imam ke piche qirat karne se mana kiya gaya hai. Isi liye ahtiyaat isi me hai k imam ke piche na fatiha padha jaye aur na koi aur surat.
