As jewish i must say its a shame that education system successfully demolished the history of islam: the astronomy, mathematics etc. The most influential figure on orthodox jewish these days is Maimonides, lived around 12 century, an incredible man, the language in his books is a combination of hebrew and arabic. Islam had good impact on humanity and european colonialism and the usa must acknowledge their achievements through history, but instead they are scared of them. At the same time i also say that muslims must stand against violence in any cost but most of them are afraid of a potentially family member comment. Its interesting to see what is happening i hope UAE will be a good example representing this religion

Hi. I am a Norwegian woman. I really am attracted to Islam, I want to become a muslim. I feel like I am both a muslim and a Christian at the same time. I reject the Shariah law and I reject Sahih hadith Bukhari and any other hadith wich describes legalisation of rape on children and womeb and legalisation of adultery. Even the Quran legalises adultery. I asked the imam here about Bukhari and such I am against, but he did not accept seem that he agreed with me. If you are sincere, Allah will guide you. Ask Him sincerely to show you the right way. You can reject cultural practices that you don't agree with, but you can't reject what's in the Quran and Hadith (Sunnah) if you want to be a Muslim. It is what it is; take it or leave it.
