I was attempting to communicate that many folks have given malcolm credit for establishing the joy paper. He did not. Even during the 60s when muhammad speaks was started,Mr muhammad simply delegated him to start it off. That's how bureaucracy works. In fact I believe the final call to Islam may have actually started in 32. Mr Muhammad's columns had been running in the pittsburgh courier for a number of years as well as other black publications. I don't have to research this,flash,I've known it for a number of years

Imam W. D. Muhammad like many of us knew that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad used symbolism in his teachings. God coming in the person of Master Fard Muhammad was never meant to be taken literally. It was taught primarily as an attempt to break our minds free of white Christian metal indoctrination from the church. God coming in the person of man (Jesus) is Christian teachings. The verse you mention. The word is زرقا. (Zurqa) None Arab speakers think that it means “blue eyed”. But it doesn’t. In fact, the word “eye” is not mention in that verse at all. Zurqa, is understood as the greyish blue thing you see behind the retina, I.e blind. A blind person. However, the scholars of mufasireen stated, that it can mean one of two things: That it means they will be resurrected blind. Or, Their bodies will turn greyish blue out of fear on that day for their judgement (of the evil and corruption they used to do in the life of the world before judgement day.) It is not blue-eyed. This is not specifying a white man at all. I haven’t seen an English translation of the Qur’an where the translator used “blue-eyed”, but if they did, it is wrong. And I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they meant well, and not harm. And that properly implied “blind eyed” and perhaps thought that is would be understood when mentioning blue eyed. As the Qur’an as a whole doesn’t state anywhere that a white man is a criminal, or that a white man is the devil. Hope this helps. Peace.

@words_make_people that's not true. He did believe in his father, and then he didn't. But I don't have an issue with that. He should follow what his heart tells him is right. But he was a liar. He constantly claimed to have met with the man called Fard years after, but when challenged by Minister Farrakhan, Silas Muhammad, and others to bring the man forth and prove it, he never did. Instead, he always had an excuse. Rudy's because it was a lie. His father even offered a Hundred Thousand dollar reward for Anyone, including Randolph Hurst, to bring forth any information to discredit what he taught about Master Fard. Why didn't Wallace do it? Also, he was the one who planted the seeds of doubt in Malcolm's mind all because he hated the fact that his father had wives, other than his mother, which is permitted in Islam, though he claimed to be such a TRUE Muslim. He took the following away from his father's teachings with the promise of the REAL Islam, destroying all of the love and brotherhood his father built among us. The greatest example of unity, moral reform, and economic advancement ever seen among so-called African Americans. And what did he give them in return, NOTHING. Like in the lessons ,"the trader made an interpretation that they would receive gold for their labor, more than they we're earning on their own land. Then did they receive gold? No, the trader disappeared, and there was no one who could speak their language." The journey of 9000 miles has a 9 representative of divinity in completion , the three zeros points out how the followers were reduced to nothing, spiritually, mentally, and physically.
