If you are meaning the 2nd time they met, the guy was driving at traffic speed and waiting to block the lane as soon as this guy passed. Watch the video again. It was absolutely on purpose already there. No provocation (at least shown in the video). The fact is that the third time, the other guy was actually blocking the traffic to hide himself and just barely managed to hit carbon because of this. That was no accident and 200% on purpose. This kind of player needs a reality check. "It's just a game" people usually didn't get to breeding age in the wild west. Sadly, this kind of behaviour is now protected by laws.
