POTSDAM TRAVEL VLOG | day trip from berlin, germany

Potsdam is a great day trip from Berlin. It's an easy train ride from Germany's capital, and it's full of beautiful palaces to explore - from Sanssouci Palace and the Sanssouci Picture Gallery to the Chinese House and New Palace. We didn't get to everything in our one day in Potsdam, but we had a great afternoon wandering around the beautiful city. I'll have to come back soon - just one of the many perks of living in Berlin! I hope this Potsdam travel vlog gives you some ideas of things to do when you're planning your next trip to Potsdam.

I visited Sanssouci Palace in 2002 and 2012. I loved both visits. Frederick the Great built something truly amazing.

I've been to Potsdam three times now and I have to say, its far more than Sanssouci. I also liked Cecelienhof (or something) because the Potsdam conference took place there, ending the second World War. So, that's a major world event.
