Sandra new at the end of season 39 that season 40 was going to be a all stars season, not a winners season. Big difference. Even to pitch to Rob. Rob said no to a all star season but then it changed to a winners season so Jeff called again and Rob said yes, he thought that he was last-minute probably but actually he was first and Sandra was probably not first to be called because she already said yes to a all star season so she would probably say yes to that as well.
