@Alexander Metzler What a spiteful little thing you are. I don't find him attractive, not manly enough, not rugged enough, looks too pretty boy for me but this woman likes real men who are tough and strong. THAT to me is hot but since we are all different its okay..no need to cut people down if they don't know who the interviewer is either or find him just okay in the looks department. Drink a niceness shake or something Alexander because it's you who is coming off as socially incapable.

@@jacksonlowe3993 He's doing his job in that regard as well. He's the host and as the job of the host you need to show the people at home and the people playing the game that it's not just a game, it's a journey. The producers and fans want to see people push themselves, hell maybe even the contestants themselves want it too because that's what they signed up for. He just wants people who signed up for the show to actually do what they wanted to do, if that takes a little bit of pushing then that's what he has to do.

The great thing about probst is that he's there everyday with them... Throughout the whole challenge. He endures the heat and rain and throws jabs during challenges and tribal. The way he talks with them gets the contestants to really open up. I also watch big brother and amazing race and Phil only interacts with them is when they reach the mat. Julie interacts from the air condition studio and only comes face to face with them before they enter or when they're evicted. I truly think jeff is the best host ever!

He missed the first season but he watched it a few years later but he had always loved it and we watch it every week and he's got my kids living it and it's just a special thing we have always bonded over for the past 20 years and now my kids LOVE the challenges and they're just locked in to watch them and make their own little challenges here and there. To me it's truly a good family show where you can pull for different alliances but still have fun watching the show with family. Just awesome.

Even my girlfriend, who's not much into the reality shows, loved watching it shen I showed her my favorite season for the first time. I'm from Europe, unfortunatelly for me, I'll never get the chance to play, but I love just imagining it. Hanging on the beach, play the game with totally random people... I’ve watched Survivor since its inception. I was 30 at the time and just excited for something so incredibly new and uncharted. No matter the outcome of some of the seasons it’s been my favorite reality show forever! Winners at War is the game 40 seasons in the making. The amount of stress I find myself in watching all these amazing winners is incredible. I have a feeling this season is going to be the absolute best and a true game changer going forward. Seeing winners go at each other for $2,000,000 is both awesome and inevitably a bloodbath. Jeff Probst is Survivor. There will always be haters out there and people that feel wronged for not being able to come back (cough cough, Richard Hatch) but the essence of Survivor remains: Outwit, Outplay, Outlast!

I feel compelled to comment on the interviewer. This was such a good interview because the ET guy was so dialed in a prepared for the interview. He and Jeff just fed off of each other’s passion for the show. It was so natural, unscripted and effortless. Great job.

My family has always watched survivor. The 2 days before my papa passed he was incoherent and stayed in bed all day. But he got up to watch survivor that day. I'll never forget that. We would always go over to their house on survivor night and have dinner for years and he was sure he wasnt going to miss his last episode...

This job has kept him young, as someone who loves what they do, I feel his sincerity. He truly loves what he does and I completely agree, as a viewer of all seasons, he still loves it just as much as he did the first day. Minus the incidents where contestants have abused/manipulated the game.... Survivor Auction.. Luxury item... Survivor Quiz Show... Dang I miss those, especially the auction.

I watched the first season when my kids were mere toddlers. Then I never watched again. Then when my kids were teenagers in high school they became obsessed with it and watched all the older seasons on Hulu and the new ones and got me into it again. Now they’re about to graduate college and we have this amazing season.

It’s amazing to me how this show has affected people. As much as I’ve enjoyed each new season, I really think the changes in Jeff are even more impressive. We all should have the opportunity to deepen our own life by looking into, understanding, and empathizing with the challenges of others. We should die feeling very fulfilled by the experiences we’ve seen, heard, and felt from others. Breeds humility for sure. 😊💕💐

The age difference that Jeff talks about is another reminder that we are souls in physical bodies and that love in any form has no age or time and that is why people can be attracted to one another regardless of age. Thanks, Jeff, for your enthusiasm for every season of Survivor. As the old saying goes, "It was meant to be" and if ever that was true, it is when you were hired to host Survivor! Congratulations, Jeff.

Jeff thanks for the best show in history. I’ve been a huge fan for 20 years since season one and survivor remains my all-time favorite show. Ive Seen every episode. I work a very stressful job and I always look forward to being able to relax and enjoy the exciting game play on each episode. Season 40 was amazing! Tony’s spy nest was hysterical. He had me laughing through the whole show. He has grown in his gameplay and I was thrilled to see him win. Thanks Buddy!

CCStars nah, in my home country they did a local version with two hours episodes and it is so excruciating to watch and filled with fluff, it completely changed the concept of the show. Chapter lengths in the U.S version with Probst are tight and tailored exactly as they should be, believe you me 👌
