Strange definitely has reason to experiment into different multiverses. The Ancient One knew of other multiverses and their nature whereas Dr Strange being the new sorcerer supreme flying in blind when it comes to that subject. But now that realities have branched and intersected like we saw in Loki, him being able to interact with other realities is now a possibility

In regards to the Multiverse, The finale of Loki takes place at the end of time and the flow of time is shown as circular. The death of "He Who Remains" is what causes the Multiversal War that lead him to creating the TVA in the first place, a timeloop. The branches where shown occurring all across the flow of time so the Multiverse did not "begin" it essentially always was. Which is evident by the fact that The Ancient One was talking about it in 2016 when she said that sorcerers have been drawing on multiversal energies for all of time. Also Dr Strange saying in the trailer that they know very little of the Multiverse isn't farfetched because if you think about it no matter how much you know about any given thing it would still be an infinititesimal in the scope of infinity. As for the version of Doc Ock, Electro, Green Goblin and other villians are probably variants as to not taint the original stories but also to revamp them without completely erasing their respective histories. Also Tobey and Andrew are probably going to show up at the end of the 2nd act and be major players or at the end of the 3rd act in a cameo capacity

Bruh what, the entire plot of Dr.Strange happened because he was reckless and arrogant. That's in his personality. When he got the time stone, he became more cautious because he had a big responsibility, but now that the stone is gone and Thanos is gone too, he really doesn't have any reason to be so cautious. Who knows, maybe he's just being confident because Thanos was defeated "If I can get Thanos killed then I can do whatever"
