So...to give some context, the runway was called Doble Kara which means two-face. In performance context, Doble Kara usually involves a two-sided performance and a boy-girl duet song. The performer would usually use one side depending on whether it's the girl or boy's part in the song and would face upfront if it is duet parts. With that context, what Arizona did was actually what really was the intent for the song and the lipsynch. She was singing girl side or boy side depending on the song. That's why you can also see Hana trying to sing back and front with the moon's mouth moving trying to do the same except her costume really isn't as flexible to do that. OV perhaps tried to do that with carrying the doll but I think he gave up trying. So I think Arizona deserves the shantay.
