This happened to me and a coworker when I worked At Disneyland! We were literally standing at a counter with an empty lobby and we were just chatting side by side literally facing forward and the lead walks up behind us, puts his hands softly on our back and tells us we are not allowed to talk on the counter. As a what I refer to as an entry level early modern historian (heading to grad school) I wanted Plasma to take Anne to the next level. I don't know if it was meant to be a reference but Anne and Henry wore yellow when Katherine of Aragon died as a way to mock her because yellow was the Spanish color of mourning. She could have had such a "yes mother is cunting" moment if she had found a way to incorporate that. It was a beautiful costume but too in the middle for me. I either want historical perfection or campy mess.

And also I don't think she's doing any of this out of insecurity, I think she's just realizing that no one else wants to play along for the camera, at least in the case of her and Amanda, and that's what's causing her to back off. The entire thing is so clearly an act that she put on for the camera, you can tell as much when other queens play along (ex: her banter with Morphine, the scene where Nymphia asked if Plane voted Nymphia 6th, etc).

i needed the affirmation that plasma should have been in the bottom over maya. i was confused by plasma’s last look because the panels were all different sizes which didn’t look intentional and weren’t cut in a flattering way. maya’s wasn’t revolutionary but her styling should have given her SOME extra credit lol i thought the giant safety pin was fucking cool. maya’s looks just overall invoked more emotion for me tonight. love you both, thank you for another great episode

I was living for the drama in this episode it was so entertaining and no matter what anyone feels about plane Jane she’s giving us good tv and we are only 3 episodes in. Nymphia and Q in the top felt correct and Nymphia winning after making such a work of art was making up that she didn’t win last week so I’m happy. Q needs her win as well bc she should’ve won episode 1 if there wasn’t a lip sync. I would’ve taken out Geneva and put Amanda in the bttm.
