I'm fully supportive of Darby's definition of a spoiler, I once violently overreacted to a friend simply saying the phrase 'red wedding' to me (no details) after I told them I had started reading Storm of Swords & nearly IRL unfriended them over it. I don't want to know anything about it because then it's like I'm just waiting for the thing to happen that you told me is gonna happen and can't focus as well on what I'm actually reading/watching.
