In elementary schools we have all-gender bathrooms, and in every school I've been in as a teacher, each classroom has a sticker outside their door that has a rainbow and says "LGBTQ safe space" or "You are safe here". Indeed, tipping in Europe is common. What isn't common is putting a mandatory tip on the bill and then STILL expecting a tip on top. The tip (in Europe) is to thank the particular server rather than an additional tax used to pay the staff, which is how it feels in the USA. 🖤
