I really really appreciate the kind words! I’m not here to trash and bash brands or products. My east coast in me is just super straight up and blunt 😅 I was just being brutally honest especially with my background around the process of designing bags, having versions made to test in the field for durability and just being educated on quality materials 😅 Now my what some people thought was gimmicky Peter McKinnon backpack from nomatic has been to Peru, Italy, Iceland in sub zero temps and abused all over the place. She’s still kicking after 5 years and the only thing that’s broken was 1 zipper pull tab and they completely replaced the entire backpack. That’s how customer service is done, now if it could only fit a cine rig 😭

Hey! Great video. Deterred me from getting the bag for a few good reasons. Question thought: where can I get that softbox? When I search FS400 I only find a light.

Now this was a very thought out brutal honest review which is much more needed in the community when reviewing equipment meant to protect and carry around our valuable investments. you made wayyy too many good points as i was also myself looking into buying one and thee are barely any reviews on this bag if not none but yours. Hopefully they look at the points you've made and have a version 2 in plans. maybe they should hire you to be apart of their design team the way PK collabed with Nomatic. Thanks for the honesty on this bag, if they listen they have a great product on its way.

Solid good honest review, was looking at it for long travel aswell but might stick to my two bag Tenba setup I got going atm. Unforunate that there is nothing for a full rig backpack but surely someone will come to the table in the market soon, fingers crossed.

Thank you for this review bud. I was thinking about buying this bag, but if you can’t run a baseplate with the FX6 that’s definitely a no go. Is the best solution right now to carry a fully rigged FX6 a doctor bag?

Thank you for reviewing the Sakk Bag! Theres no one reviewing this bag and I cannot find much info on this. I was thinking of buying it for a fully rigged FX6 but my main bag requirements are well padded for protection of our expensive gear and shoulder straps that are comfortable and wont dig on our skins. So I will be not be moving forward with it.

Great review man! Really good. But I also think you missed one scenario, which I’m hoping it’s going to work for me. I’ll let you know how I go. And that’s the airport carry-on travel backpack for a semi de-rigged FX6 + FX3 BCam, drone and lenses. I usually can walk on with a big bag, and I’m praying this will get me through. I hate putting my camera kit through check in. I also Agree, I don’t think this bag is for a fully rigged fx6, especially with a base plate, no way, but for travel transit and build your kit on the other side. I’m hoping it will be good for this. What I did really appreciate your review was the details about the quality of the material. That was balling man. No one has reviewed it with that kind of attention and know-how.

Hey brother I appreciate the kind words! Of course the bag can be used in thousands of ways to fit everyones needs and I think what you're looking for will work. The bag is BIG so I'm honestly curious if ALL airlines will allow it. I feel like its right at the limit and up to the discretion of the flight attendants while boarding. Its a little bit bigger than Polar Pro's boreal 45L in height and depth!

@@ImJasonAnthony how can I send you some picks of my set up. What I also realised now that I’ve got kit, is that bag is missing hip support which is essential I think. For a basic multi cam set up, FX6 and FX3 with accessories, I’m packing 15kg. Now that’s a lot for a hike into a remote location with hip support to take the weight of the shoulders. What a massive oversight for the price.

I have this backpack and I love it so much, I did review comparing to my other backs. You looking for perfect bag, there is nothing perfect, even Sony fx6 (yet) don't record sound with 100fps Vs fx3. I think for price what you get is great 👍😃 I love that back!
