I strongly recommend transporting processed resources. Especially caterium should be transported as ingots. Also, on site processing allows you to use the local water, so you wont run out of water at your base.

Yes. But this _mostly_ only makes sense for resources where 1) the processing is fairly trivial, and 2) the output item count is smaller than the input. I say 'mostly' because, as you mention, if stuff like using local water resources is worthwhile to you, that might outweigh that you need to transport more items. It should also be noted that alternate recipes can change things; for instance, for maximum utilisation of most ores, you also need other ores or inputs (which are usually not nearby).

Theres 3 cat nodes in a cave at the north-east of the swamp. There is also enough water in that cave to turn it all into pure cat ingots. I ended up just running the cat and water out of the cave and building 2400 cat wire/min in a factory that is built into that cliff where cat ore is. You can make a truly amazing build in there with little effort just for extraction and it's gorgeous.

The turbo ammo sucks againts the spiders, great against everything else, but for the spiders homeing ammo is amazing 2 mags for the very big ones, 1 for the big ones, trust its the fastest and easiest way to send them to hell

I remember the first time i learned that the giant ones jumped. I was getting putting pumps on the nitrogen node and I saw one up on the hill. I started shooting it with all that i had and ran out of ammo. I jumped down to the coast line to get away. I breathed a sigh of relief as i hit the ground and turned back to where i came from... as i turned i saw the giant spider that jumped after me 3 inches from my face. Now i have arachnophobia.

I am a sad Pioneer. Even though I did complete the game and started a new one. A couple days ago I decided to kind of scrap the new play through, and return to the original. I was exploring to see if I could rename it and start when I sent the final phase up. I decided to delete the current save on it. Well I deleted the whole session and it is gone =(. I looked for it but couldn't find it to revive it. So I am stuck. And no I didn't back up the save, I wouldn't think I would end up doing something like that. Unless there is a way that I haven't checked. I did look in the recycle bin but it didn't go in there.

I went the swamp yesterday and it scammed me I saw a pressure conversion cube or a fused modular frame by a drop pod I die and after I got back and killed all the spiders it turned out to be a ai limiter
