Immanence | Full Movie | Mystery Sci-Fi Horror |

Immanence - A signal from deep space leads 4 Radio Astronomers on a boat trip to the Bermuda Triangle to find what they think is an alien life form. Charting the voyage is the owner of the boat and at the helm is Jonah, a devout Christian who believes that God and Extraterrestrials are one and the same. Not privy to the Astronomers' true mission, Jonah overhears their plans and posits that it could be a divine entity. The scientists find his theological notion comedic until a power surge and the appearance of an identical boat lead to unexplainable events, including the manifestation of Satan who reveals a prophecy that puts all their lives at stake.

Not sure about the writing of this film, but for a low budget film, the acting was mostly very good. The people that played the main characters could easily be in a high budget movie if they knew the right people.

I thought this was pretty darn good personally. However I am a bit biased since I truly enjoy biblical prophecy style movies, stand offs between the devil and God, that sort of thing. So in my experience from watching this particular genre I vote this to be pretty darn good and worth watching. It helps to know a bit about the Bible stories too so to not be confused about what's supposed to be happening. Despite literary license taken. It didn't destroy scriptures like the latest version of Noah did. Just saying. It even kept a bit of moral character unlike most movies today. I don't actually know when this was released😮...hmm...🤔.

For those still to arrive at the beginning of th9s movie, you may ask yourself "is it worth my time to watch this?" I just finished watching the whole 1:32:43. I'm 79, have had cancer surgery on both lungs, plus a course of chemo. Cancer may be gone, that's uncertain. I also have a number of other problems. Given that I have very limited life expectancy, though no firm schedule yet, I would have to say that the tie spent watching this movie plus the time writing this comment was a waste. Hope your outcome is better whether you choose to watch this or not. ☮❤ 😎 😎

This is a good movie n i get it, the devil killed the two girls because they only lived thru science n when they noticed divinity is real, it was too late, the other two guys died because once they knew the truth, they still didn't want to live for God but for fame n greed, thts y the devil told them theyre future to keep theyre eyes off God and the girl lived because when she realized God is real n her mother is dying, it made her wanna get close to God n her dying for 3 mins to b brought back was her being reborn and of course jonah has to b her mentor n guide to bring her closer to God. I hope i helped the ppl who was trying to understand.

Jonah was actually the one behind all of the events going on at the Triangle, even killed the group he was with earlier on, I believe he manifested or manipulated the events to make people believe in what he believes or kill them if they didnt, makes sense. I think the reason Jonah spared the red haired girl was because her mom was more than likely in on it, a twist.

There is a very important point in this film, relevant in this day and age of UFO discussions and all the paranormal stuff heating up, setting aside the christian religious stuff, but more in general regarding the paranormal phenomenon - we don't know how or why, we don't say it is possible, but it is true. Science has always comfortably ignored it, yet for example Norbert Wiener acknowledged that the rule of physics may well be illusionary, for it is entirely possible that next moment the world could fall apart into some kind of a Alice in Wonderland kind of mess. The paranormal phenomenon has it's foot firmly established in our world. It is rare but it is definitely there.

It turned out to be a good mystery/fantasy thriller. I'm not into overthinking things so I took it at face value : a thriller that has religious overtones. For that matter the movie is not being preachy, which is good. At one point I thought this is how religion is driving people crazy. Especially under pressure. All in all not a bad movie. Production qualities are good, timing, photography, even acting was OK for the style of movie. EDIT : Oh, and I didn't get the ending, but then again I'm not overthinking it. Just going for the ride.

The clocks are all wrong. If New Delhi is 21:04, Madrid is 17:34, Miami is 11:34, Shanghai is 23:34, Honolulu is 5:34, Los Angeles is 12:34. Los Angeles is 7 hours later than Honolulu. But Honolulu is 2 hours behind Las Angeles.
