Not sure about the writing of this film, but for a low budget film, the acting was mostly very good. The people that played the main characters could easily be in a high budget movie if they knew the right people.

For those still to arrive at the beginning of th9s movie, you may ask yourself "is it worth my time to watch this?" I just finished watching the whole 1:32:43. I'm 79, have had cancer surgery on both lungs, plus a course of chemo. Cancer may be gone, that's uncertain. I also have a number of other problems. Given that I have very limited life expectancy, though no firm schedule yet, I would have to say that the tie spent watching this movie plus the time writing this comment was a waste. Hope your outcome is better whether you choose to watch this or not. ☮❤ 😎 😎

I thought this was pretty darn good personally. However I am a bit biased since I truly enjoy biblical prophecy style movies, stand offs between the devil and God, that sort of thing. So in my experience from watching this particular genre I vote this to be pretty darn good and worth watching. It helps to know a bit about the Bible stories too so to not be confused about what's supposed to be happening. Despite literary license taken. It didn't destroy scriptures like the latest version of Noah did. Just saying. It even kept a bit of moral character unlike most movies today. I don't actually know when this was released😮...hmm...🤔.

Well I'd like to look at all posabilities, and then science delivers the most logical explanation to things. The thing is theories evolves with time. I don't think people generally understand how big and complicated this mass of knowledge is. And how impossible religion version is. You can study how stories have travelled from early religions to newer ones, as any cultural exchange. Sociological, filling the need of security in life and the need of obeying the rulers as the rulers like. This made stronger groups who survived better, evolution you know. Ironically explaining religion with Darwin's theory. And I know about poltergeist, aliens and stuff, but explanation is just not there, one day it might be part of science, dimensions and stuff. Bible however is very much story of peoples thoughts of the world 2000 years ago.

This is a good movie n i get it, the devil killed the two girls because they only lived thru science n when they noticed divinity is real, it was too late, the other two guys died because once they knew the truth, they still didn't want to live for God but for fame n greed, thts y the devil told them theyre future to keep theyre eyes off God and the girl lived because when she realized God is real n her mother is dying, it made her wanna get close to God n her dying for 3 mins to b brought back was her being reborn and of course jonah has to b her mentor n guide to bring her closer to God. What i often find in these science verse religion sci fi movies, depending on which side of the fence the film maker sits, the dialogue will lean to that angle. Pentecostal film makers will regularly use Revelation as its source of explanation of the events occurring in the movie, far too often taking apocalyptic references either out of context or completely mis quote to add drama as is the case in this film. The science side is just as bad often stating un proven theories as fact to support that side of the debate. With both my feet firmly planted i still enjoy these movies, this one has been put together pretty well. Good job.

There is a very important point in this film, relevant in this day and age of UFO discussions and all the paranormal stuff heating up, setting aside the christian religious stuff, but more in general regarding the paranormal phenomenon - we don't know how or why, we don't say it is possible, but it is true. Science has always comfortably ignored it, yet for example Norbert Wiener acknowledged that the rule of physics may well be illusionary, for it is entirely possible that next moment the world could fall apart into some kind of a Alice in Wonderland kind of mess. The paranormal phenomenon has it's foot firmly established in our world. It is rare but it is definitely there.

It was made 12 years ago. Today, this movie may never have been made. All current Hollywood movies want to do is make some sort of political statement about the most ridiculous of issues. Jonah was actually the one behind all of the events going on at the Triangle, even killed the group he was with earlier on, I believe he manifested or manipulated the events to make people believe in what he believes or kill them if they didnt, makes sense. I think the reason Jonah spared the red haired girl was because her mom was more than likely in on it, a twist.
