Nice! I remember from one of her videos she was talking about being out of work for several months, and in that lull she started paying more attention to all the moments just being in her apartment.

The other wonderful thing about this exercise is that you also learn how emotions work: how they spike and fall in an unpredictable fashion - avoiding the dramatic clichés that often accompany scenes.
