Gilbert has given us 2 different groups of Cavs (1 trophy) to be title contenders and we may have a 3rd this year. Dolan has given us several championship contenders as well. They're undisciplined and you saw that the first couple weeks of the season before everything fell apart. They need to fire Stefanski and promote Vrabel to the head coach. Who's perfect for a team and city like Cleveland. Ohio guy through and through and has that Tomlin/Harbaugh attitude that players love playing for. Berry and DePodesta need to be gone. Their track record of misses are just outrageous. They don't need a fire sale player wise, but they definitely need to move pieces and just collect draft stock for the future.

I won't disagree with your assessment about the defensive players quitting, as that's obvious just from a casual observer's view. I don't think they're trying to "get a top pick" though; I think they just genuinely suck and quit on the vaulted coach of the year. The GM is horrible, and I don't even know what the analytics guy is there for, and maybe he doesn't know either. It shows on the field what this team is made of. Lastly, you totally lose any credibility when you make fun or or take shots at someone's physical appearance. We all have flaws, including I'm sure, you. I do too. Yes, the Browns clearly and obviously need to burn this whole thing to the ground and rebuild the front office, the coaching staff, and the roster from scratch. However, look at the salary cap disaster that a new regime would be inheriting! Andrew Berry has backloaded so many contracts that the Browns simply don't have the salary cap space to get rid of all of the players that they need to because of the dead cap money. The Browns should either bring everyone back next year and punt on the season and then fire everyone next January, or they may have to do what Houston did and hire a lame duck head coach like David Culley was and punt on next year while they pay off some contracts and tank for the best draft pick next year, and then fire their lame duck coach and hire who they really want. Because the Browns current roster and salary cap situation are setting up the next regime for failure.

I think hating on Haslam isn’t the answer, I don’t believe calling him a bad owner is fair. I do believe a lot of it stims from Depodesta, who jimmy NEEDS to fire or it will be a problem. But you can’t take someone who owns the best team and best run team in the MLS and say he’s a bad owner.
