I believe I have heard this story before. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful story & it shows that if you are willing to be patient & trust in the Lord Jesus; He’s perfectly able to make the most complicated situation into a blessing beyond belief. In the Holy Bible a story is told about Jacob working for his father in law for many years to have Rachel as his wife because he loved her so much even after having been badly treated by his father in law. Kevin showed that same kind of love for Caroline when many other men would have lacked the patience to wait on her to come around to loving him again and would have left her.
