Vaii, I have recently bought a Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 laptop but when I tried to register for the warranty it said it's already registered, then I saw that it's Microsoft office 365 one month trial only has 5 days left from the day it's delivered and then I checked everything but the benchmark scores on cinebench r23 is 16k on turbo mode windows on best performance but it should be 18k as per the cpu details and again when playing gta v it doesn't even give 150 as other reviewers had showed, it's about 70 to 75 sometimes below 60 on maximum settings and the thermals are always above 88 and sometimes it reaches 100 degrees and room temperature is about 31 32 degrees, what should I do? Is it a returned or used product and if I replace what should be the issue I am supposed to raise, I am so frustrated I feel like my 80 k is just wasted what should I do please vaii help please 🙏🙏🙏🙏😞😞😞😞

The problem here is we are not left with many options. At this current time, we want good specs with reasonable prices. So for this we have Lenovo, Acer, Hp and many But Lenovo has like average after sales, Acer too I have heard is average too, HP is good but the laptop's built is shit, Asus's thermals are okaish and same for the aftersales MSI is there but people don't trust cause of lack of service centres. So all in all, You can go for acer and lenovo both are good.

I would recommend to go with acer one . And I know that their after sale service is worse but keep in mind it is still better than a laptop wich motherboard dies after 4-5 months (the major problem with lenovo now) .

Anyway, i'm now waiting for dusherra sales, and i'm looking forward for the helios 16 4070's price to drop. With a budget of helios neo 16, i might get helios 16 at that time which is far better than both the laptops. So a little patience seems a better option to me. What do you think?
