Reading chat is so frustrating sometimes. You have dudes making comments about cards they clearly don't know how they work, and others asking obvious questions like "why didn't X do this" and like, if you just watched the previous 20 seconds of the match you'd know. My favorite this tournament has to be 'does no one play Nib anymore' like yes bro please Nib Tenpai in the Battle Phase. Secret TCG strat.

You all do realize that people come to watch him to learn the game or learn how to play it better, right? Dkayed casts these games almost like a coach talking to his team while they watch film on an opponent. So maybe don’t judge others for asking questions you think are stupid.

Making suggestions on what moves the players should be doing when the chat clearly doesn't know what they're talking about is a different story. Like the Heartbreaker game where people were like "omg he threw he should have attacked Magnamhut" when he was locked into one attack. One example of dozens.

19:58 yep this is the conclusion I had after playing against Tenpai many times. The field spell isn't that important. The quick play is probably their most broken card in my opinion (next to Chundra)

Yeah the field spell isn't one card combo, you need card to discard. The quick play is one card combo and probably should be the one to ash/delta/green light. For the field spell just simply remove it from the field during the main phase.

@CrnaStrela that's not why, the field spell is technically a one card starter. It almost never happens you don't have a discard. The reason the quick play is so strong because it is their best extender. I can't tell you how many times I was scared to use a disruption because if it is in the hand I simply lose

Pend Magicians were my first deck when i first started playing but it was confusing for me at the time so I made Six Samurais cause I thought they looked cool. As I understood the game more and got into competitive play, I started watching Dkayed and seeing TTK play Pends made me want to pick them up again. My favorite iteration of his is the Kashtira Pends version.

57:05 samurai destroyer actually does need to survive because it's considered a continuous effect, the monster it's crashing into goes back to being unnegated after samurai destroyer dies. It works the same way as scareclaw kashtira. But regardless you can do the trick dkayed mentions later of making plays after samurai destroyer attacks since it immediately negates on attack declaration.

It’s a deck with over 6 one card combos into a guaranteed kill and most of them can’t be interacted with paired with decades of supercharged going 2nd tools. Most decks just can’t do anything to Tenpai in any capacity without floodgates. And floodgates are cringe

I m still watching the video but in the tenpai vs TD a way to “out” chaos angel could be this . They need to have at least another monster like in this case . You go into the tenpai synch 10 and put it in attack , then you force all the damage on the attack monster with maybe trident dragon

Tenpai hard loses to zombie world. Like extremely hard as in just zombie world on field alone stops everything.

@@erlanggahadinata5543 and zombie world can be a quick effect so again it stops it. Tearlement player for instance can easily tech in a banshee and it’s a quick effect in grave. The moment you enter battle phase way before the step.

Late but I just wanna say this, if you want to counter chaos angel, play chengying. I used it against centurion-bystials and by that point my opponent was just waiting for his angel to get destroyed.

@@natsukiackerman8898 Depending on what you play, you can easily get rid of it with s/ts. I played swordsoul and just kept removing their field spells and negating the centurions and tenpais with xiao. I was just about to activate blackout before they scooped.

The first duel is the PERFECT example of what is wrong with Yugioh today.... In that last duel, if voiceless went first, then there was a good chance voiceless wins, but since the other guy went first, he won. This game is too centered around who goes first. Tenpai is of the few exceptions, but even with Tenpai, its purely reliant of drawing the right hand traps and board breakers. If it doesn't then they usually lose. I have won against Tenpai more times than I have lost to them. This game is still a first turn wins game.

My God! How unlucky to have the best two decks that can beat Tenpai facing each other so early in the tournament. I hate Labrynth so much, man. I always struggle against them with my Dinomorphia deck. Also, Dinomorphia doesn't need Anti-Spell Fragrance to clap Tenpai. I clapped seventeen Tenpais in the Duel Triangle within twenty-five duels without it.

@@lippe7163 , oh, but it doesn't matter... They can unlimit the entire deck and it will be consistently clapped. Three Heavy Storms, Dusters, Raigekis, Droplets, etc. It doesn't matter. You can only have five/six cards in your hand... Even with Maxx-C, you can only get seven going second against Dinomorphia (+2 due to two special summons: Kentregina & Rexterm) if it doesn't get negated by Called, Strike or Intact first. Speaking of Intact... You won't OTK if that counter trap activates. It halves all battle damage afterwards. Reboot? I can Solemn, Sonic or Thunder it! :) Duster, Lightning, Heavy? I can Lord of Heavenly Prison! :] It doesn't matter.

@@17trunX its a trap deck, so playing in your tourn is naturally, like traptrix and paleo. Good lab players use lovely’s pop primary for something on the field, because very often you hit a brick or something beneficial for them
