We fix the error with our own hands. Immergas Eolo Star 24 error 11 - means a breakdown of the smoke pressure switch. Occurs when the air intake and exhaust pipes are clogged or when the fan is blocked.
At first I thought the pressure switch, but it turns out this is the case in the boiler chimney.
