I like the choice of siding and that there are windows on all sides. There's a place to hang your coat just inside (though I prefer closets). The TV blocks a window. The kitchen is very small, and having the sink at the end is awkward. I doubt that the sliding door to the garage is fire rated. The glass-paned bedrooms doors are for exhibitionists only. I like the full-depth bedroom closets. There is no second toilet available.

Nice room concept, for low ceilings I would recommend a white ceiling, and instead of the dark brown leaf wallpaper, lighter colors. The door frames and the kitchen are too dark for me, lighter, fresher colors make the house friendly and inviting. The bathroom is perfect.

I liked the layout, although I would have extended the garage to make it a two-car garage, which would have added room to the bedroom 1 to have a master bath incorporated to it. I also wasn't impressed with the bow window in the dining area. The right part of the "bow" is looking at the garage wall. Maybe the two sides could be extended to meet the center. Just my ideas.

Wood floors can easily be stained or damaged so tile in the entry and kitchen. The glass doors to the master bedroom are a no go for me - lacks privacy. While the bay window in the dining room is nice, it makes a ‘void’ area of the porch. Would rather the bay window be in the master bedroom where the chair is awkwardly placed preventing access to the bed. This home obviously has an attic - how is it accessed?

Sorry, but a very poor design!!!! TV in front of the living room window, Glass doors into a bedroom, witch is siright inline with the front door!!!!! I stopped watching at that point!!!!

Проект хороший, но сколько я пересмотрел зарубежные проекты, у всех одна проблема. Отсутствие коледора, в Росии заходя в дом, ты попадаешь в просторный коледор, с пуфом, гардеробной, а потом переходишь в дом. Так сохроняется тепло в доме и чистота. У вас с улицы сразу попадаешь в гостинную. Это неправильно, всю грязь тащишь в дом, ветер дунул и сразу в гостинную, хоть невходи в дом. Пыль, грязь и холод это отсутствие колидора

Hey Voron, You are right about specious room and a foyer can work as a specious room and help maintain the cleanliness and warmth in the house by acting as a buffer zone between the out side and inside.

@@ArchCBlueprints Именно об этом я и пишу. Дома должны быть с просторной прихожей где снимаешь верхнюю одежду и переобуваешся. Заадно прихожая непропускает холод и нету сквозняка от двери и чисто всегда
