My suggestions..exterior, a small porch/ overhang over the back door..kitchen, move stove closer to sink ( all the floor plans fir kitchens lately, have the stove so far from the sink, making it difficult to carry large pots to drain in the sink ?) …laundry room, again floor plans have a large laundry room taking up valuable space for pantry/ storage, put laundry stack washer dryer near the bedrooms where the laundry needs to be placed in bedrooms …my suggestions 😘

Beautiful interior space. Open shelving for kitchen may be a great option to help it look bigger, especially over the peninsula, those cupboards cramp the space up and close it off from the rest of the living space.

Open shelving in kitchens are grease/dust traps. You have to wash anything before you use it. But I would omit the upper cabinets over the peninsula.

@@Bobrogers99 True, but it is possible to keep all that under control with a proper range hood exhaust fan and regular use of the items on the shelves, like daily use of cups, plates etc. That way the only thing that really requires a regular wipe down, say once a month, is the shelf itself. I personally would only have just a couple open shelves just to keep the upkeep to a minimum. ... I'm a cleaner and one of my clients had no cupboard doors whatsoever! And TONS of stuff! Needless to say, That was totally the wrong way to use open shelving. Less stuff, less dust. :) All in all, the aesthetics of some open shelving is a nice thing, but there are pros and cons to everything. The key is ... Less is more. :)

Exterior very inviting👍 Interior U lose me- too much going on (simple pictures R the best)!!!! Include a tub/shower combo, just 1 sink, this gives U much needed space for valuable storage in bath. Kitchen would need a complete redo 2 make more user friendly 😬 Can do a powder room/laundry combo for extra bath 4 guests🧐
