Well, I have been trying to find a nice spot where i could build a house and have it look like it was part of the neighborhood...but you have convinced me to move into a pre-owned house instead of building a new one. Good stuff.

@@Gamer_Aviator I haven't had Discord in quite a while.. I may check it out and if I do, I will post some picks if i have something cool, or even cozy lol...I feel like its been a good 10 years since I had a discord..used it on Everquest, where i was a housing fanatic... I really loved the housing system on EQ1.. anyways, 76 is like a puzzle to me as far as the housing goes...i see what people make and i want to do that.

Very nice and so lore friendly. Sometimes you can use foundations that will go just under the house floors to let you build and I found that using blueprints or placing a small rug down first will let you place items on top of it. In the kitchen a small mats can look like place mats.
@Gamer_Aviator5 ай бұрын
Thanks. In this house I've actually tried both - the foundation and the rugs. They don't works smoothly enough in THIS house. That's why none of that footage made it in to the video. -Noodle

I had no idea you could place a camp module within an existing house. I assumed they were off limits. Thanks, No0dl! Also - I miss the scoreboards so much! :(

I did a christmas house theme there back in december it was such a struggle to place anything without mats😅, but your video makes we want to go back there to try some of your methods! PS there is a "wireless" generator in the atom store under camp menu, you don't need conduits with that generator just FYI i think it's still there in the atom store, it's a game changer every piece of camp budget i can save is a win 😂.

you can push concrete foundations into the house and have it to where you can build on the entire floor

Many years ago as we were falling asleep, she kept tossing and turning. Her pajamas were twisted around her legs, and she couldn’t get comfortable. Every time she moved, she woke me up, and I called her a “wiggly noodle pants.” Later that became the foundation of her amateur radio call sign N0ODL. I don’t know why the O and 0 got switched when we made her gamer tag. -oskapt

While you may be able to claim the house you still can't scrap anything. For me that's a deal breaker. If I could I would scrap the whole house and just construct something better in that location. But I see what you are doing, working within the limits of the game and fix up a dilapidated home. I like that idea, but because you can't scrap in a location like you can in Fallout 4 It's just too frustrating. I'll always be able to see the imperfections in attempted cover up. I think that if bringing back the old Appalachia is a real goal in the game we need to do that. The danger then may be that it gets so good that there is no longer a challenge. So I guess we'll all just have to get used to the decay.
@Gamer_Aviator5 ай бұрын
Yes. That is true. You can't move or scrap any of the junk in the house. You have to work AROUND it. Having said that, out of all the pre-existing structures I've worked with, this is one of the cleanest ones. Remember that these are abandoned broken Wasteland houses. If you're looking for an actual clean house to move into, like in real life, then working with pre-existing structures is definitely not for you :D -Noodle
