Its funny that in 1.12.2, with a lot of mods the game froze when I enabled it in a world, but when I launched the game again, everything was just fine. I would recommend though enabling the resource pack while in the main menu

That's a weird bug, you should be able to remove the train by holding shift and hitting the train.

Don't want to annoy but I don't have all the train options/I'm missing a huge amount of locomotives and carriages

Have you put the 'Voxel Trains IR' pack into the resourcepacks folder (.minecraft/resourcepacks) and then activated it in-game? If not, that is probably the cause of the missing locomotives and carriages. If then it doesn't work, try clearing your cache (.minecraft/cache). Hopefully that fixes it!

Hey i have a problem wen i donwload the mod it is a WinRar archive and not a Zip File HEEELP

It is in fact a zip file but because you have installed winrar it is recognized as a 'WinRar archive' file type, should still work exactly the same way by putting the file in resourcepacks and the mods in the mods folder. (Ps. try enabling file extensions in windows, that will show that the file is a .zip file) TL:DR same thing, different name 😃

You should be able to just right-click (or use your interact button) on the locomotive/cab car to get in and then walk over to the drivers seat.

That's weird, have you made sure you are starting the correct version? Also make sure the mods folder is spelled without capital letters. If after that it still doesn't work I'd suggest disabling your antivirus and trying again, sometimes those can get in the way with filetypes like .jar files.

You can go in the configuration file and change it to not require fuel for trains or install the immersive engineering mod (which is also linked in the description)

That's weird, it seems that you haven't installed the mods or one of them is preventing them from loading. Try making sure you are launching your game with the correct profile and have the mods installed in your '.minecraft/mods' folder. If that doesn't work, try re-downloading them, making sure they are all for the correct version. Hope that helps!

@@connorgiove7090 That's really unusual, I haven't had that issue before. The voxel trains should just be in the same tabs as the other locomotives and passenger cars. I'd suggest going to the mod's discord and asking around on there. You can find that on their github page which you can find by clicking the 'source' button on the curseforge page.

You should be able to remap the buttons in your settings and drive that way

Have you tried checking if the version of modcore you downloaded is the correct one? Else, try using a slightly older version that is compatible with the game version. I hope that helps! If not, try telling me the exact error message and I will try my best to help, or you can try to do whatever it asks for you to do.

Did you use the '+' key on the numpad to start the engine? If you do not have a numpad I suggest trying to change the keybind in the settings. Hope that helps

Did you check your settings? The default is the plus sign on the numpad only, if you do not have a numpad you will have to change it in the keybinds settings. Also make sure to fuel your locomotive before attempting to start it. You can do that using something like ethanol from immersive engineering. Hope this helps!

The bucket of ethanol is part of immersive engineering. Sorry for not making that more clear during the video, that is entirely on me to blame. You can install immersive engineering just like the other mods by dropping it in the mods folder.

'%appdata%' is typed in the adress bar when going to your Minecraft directory. Make sure you typed %appdata% correctly if it isn't working, alternatively you can go to 'C:\Users\[Your name here]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft' if you have hidden folders shown in the explorer settings.

There are no mediafire links for the official mods or for the forge installer downloads. all of the mods are hosted on curseforge, and the forge installer and optifine are both hosted on thrir own websites. If you download a version from mediafire there's a possibility of it including malware. All the links are in the description.
