Hi and hope u're all doing well out there. just wanna ask about sth and hopefully u get to see my comment . ,if a US citizen spouse is married to a Moroccan citizen (in a Moroccan Court and everything is legal). is it possible If the American spouse wants to do all the paper work in Morocco without flying back to the States ?? ( like online applying and faxing all the needed documents ) because she wants to stay in Morocco until they get the visa so that they leave together.

I applied for Japanese spouse visa but it was rejected. The reason for this is that in the spouse visa application form, I have stated that my boyfriend and I lived together for one year before marriage and this was not informed to the immigration office when I applied for my pre-marriage visa. What are the issues I can raise in this question in my re-visa application….please help…

I’ve been in the USA since prior to the COVID 19 lockdown. I’m from Canada. Married to my American wife for 17 years this July. We were about to file when everything happened. Will I still have to go to Canada to do my interview? They are quarantining everyone for two weeks upon arrival into Canada and I don’t believe the border is open to return at this time.
