Can I ask when travel has been banned or restricted for the last 18 months how can we have had the chance to meet in person within the last 2 years? Hello ....I am the sole sponsor on my husband's spousal visa application. We are currently waiting on our I-130 approval however I have a question about when it comes time to file the income verification......I have been on Workmans Comp this entire year due to a work injury but I do still exceed the income required by the government to sponsor him on my workmans comp. It is not taxable so I will not receive a W-2 for this year so how to I prove this income when it comes time to submit the I-485? Thank you

All I can tell you is good luck with a tourist visa. We’ve tried 3 times to get one and these visa offices tell you NO in the first 15 seconds you walk in. It’s all BS

That wait time is only getting worse. It's currently at 15 months. This means they are completing applications from 15 months ago. They are processing about 500 applications per week, while receiving about 800 applications per week. Something needs to be done to speed this up.
