No I watched him on Saturday he never once took the ball up. Got tackled and lay on the ground. His kicking was good but he not up to the standard of Origin. Looked good against a very very ordinary Titans team. I would leave him out. Teddy and Edwards are great and makes him look 3d grade as fullbacks go.

Game 1 could have ended with a completely different result if the Ref had not sent off Suaali in the 8th minute, I Super hope that Mitchell is not picked by McGuire for Game 2, He looks OK when He plays against some of the teams at the lower end of Table, but against High Quality Professionals, He makes less than Zero Difference at all , They know his Game, The last thing NSW needs is a situation where there are too many Cooks in the Soup Kitchen 🍜

This is why NSW loses so often even though they should win. You don't support your coach and supporters. It's easy to snipe from the sidelines while emphatically saying you don't want to coach, Joey. But here you are demanding that your choice is non-negotiable. It's impossible for their to team cohesion and for the coach to know the State is behind him when you and dozens, hundreds or thousands like you criticise, demand and question everything the coach and selectors do. Qld don't do this, which is why we win more than we should. We support the team and coach, even when we disagree. We never demand and we don't constantly question (except in a much more polite way). But keep operating like this. We like winning. I hope NSW never learns, because if you do learn to support NSW the way Qld supports, we will struggle to win. NSW are a joke because every NSW supporter and commentator thinks they are the centre of the universe and they don't put the team and State first.

Madge is a poor coach; NSW lost the game after Reece incident. Nicho wasn't the best game he's had, but compared to whole teams' performance, was still good. NSW should field same team, why! because a team needs time to gel, but and this is why Madge is a poor coach, he will take a knife to the team and bastardise it. So game 2 is lost before its won. Next thing is NSW will never learn this because they live in the now and never plan for the future, (Find a coach) stick with him long term, pick a team, stick with that team long term, and most of all stop, getting on tv and nit-picking decisions of the coach which NSW does all the time.
