Y'know It's nice to see more deep cuts for Hulk like TOBA get used in animations. That last moment when I saw those red eyes I thought for a sec I was gonna see Devil Hulk. Very amazing animation, great improvement over the months really show. Just going to toss my sense into the mix as usual but the ending is very hard for me to get into due to how TOBA is treated. TOAA is clearly superior to TOBA due to how little Below All is allowed to work under The One Above all who gets overpowered by an Astral Regulator. An Astal Regulator is self explanatory- its a Regulator that controls the entire Cosmology on a scale that surpass Nigh Omnipotence like One Above/Below All and Base Thanos easily absorbed this power to throw off the balance of an Arguable Omnipotent God making anything High Outerversal to Boundless being able to easily steal power or affect Nigh-Omnipotent Gods like One Above/Below All who needed outside help when they were needed to affect the Marvel Cosmology/Omniverse. The problem once you include the Astral Regulator is that Marvel Nigh-Omnipotence can be surpassed, and Archie Comics has their own version of the Regulator called The Source of All which a drop of 0.01% Source of All is capable of absorbing Nigh-Omnipotent Gods power. To break the Sword, you need actual Omnipotent Powers which Mammoth Mogul got from absorbing Chaos Knuckles which sent ripples across the Archie Cosmology; effectively killing the Ancient Walkers which are 1/3rd of the Chaos Forces capabilities. The One Below All has more limitations than The One Above All who is only affected by Nigh-Omnipotence. The One Below All needs Hosts in order to use his power, TOBA cannot open the Green Door which is a creation from The One Above All (That a normal Astral Regulator, Source of All or Archie Super Fotm can match) that the One Beloe All can never break which is why TOBA calls for molecule man's help. Already 3 limitations that show how vastly outclass the One Below All is when compared to One Above All, Black Winter, or Pre-Retcon Beyonder/Dr Strange who could naturally leave the Marvel Omniverse making them immune from One Below All or his Above All counterpart. Also- Molecule Man basically one-shot The One Below All out of Hulk's body by absorbing the energy and shooting it back out to completely disconnect The One Below All which shows weaker creations from TOBA can easily overpower the source of all gamma energy by simply re-direcring it. A simple Sega Chaos Control or Silver Telekinesis/PSI would have the same effect at catching and reflecting TOBA energy the same way Molecule Man was able to do.

Also- the Bonus Comic where The One Below All has to play the "Waiting Game" in order to beat the Marvel Omniverse shows The One Below All having all the Gamma Radiation of Bruce as being weaker than most Cosmic Deities due to being forced to wait until Time, Space and the Marvel-Verse faded into the 8th Cycle. Even then, One Below All-Hulk needed 10 Billion Years to destroy the 8th Cycle. Compare that to Mammoth Mogul who destroyed the Archie Omniverse in a few minutes to at most a few hours leaving only Mobius Prime left in existence- this energy was done with Chaos Knuckles before the Post-Harmony which means a vastly weaker Knuckles (Post Genesis > Pre-Genesis) using the power equal or above 12 Green Emeralds can repeat The One Below All-Hulk feat in greater time and wider attack potency. Post Harmony is an event where each Chaos Emerald becomes 1,000x or more powerful than before while Master Emerald/Master Mogul which broke the Archie Omniverse was done with only 12 Emeralds.

To say otherwise is the same as trying to say Goku's SSJ is somehow different from Vegeta SSJ even though both forms (Both TOAA/AAO) shares the trait of relying on the Cosmic Balance of all Marvel Outer-Gods to divert power to this same singular Omnipotent Being. The Astral Regulator Comic starts with Future Thanos already absorbed True-Tribunal meaning there was no way AAO was the same as Tribunal as Tribunal was handled and absorbed across Infinite Realities by Future Thanos who guided Current/Present Thanos to bypass the Marvel Omniverse with Adam Warlock confirming that Singular Jungian Archetypes Absorbtion was lessening and weakening The One Above All until TOAA/AAO was quoted as saying "I have tried and failed to get control" with Adam Warlock reaffirming that is the One Above All who Adam is talking towards with One Above All replying "I am (Omnipotent) within a well-functioning system which this is no longer" and Adam Warlock was previously talking to Living Tribunal was stating that the effect from a single Astral Regulator is capable of affecting All Realities across all conceivable cycles of the Marvel-Verse meaning the Astral Regulator was already nuking each Cosmic God's M-Bodies until Thanos absorbed the Real Archetypes in 1 second flat before the series ends with Present Thanos own willpower plus Regulator being able to surpass Future Thanos-Above All which would mean a Charged Chaos Control, Pre-Harmony Emeralds or Zone of Silence would have the same effect as the Astral Regulator already housing a greater portion of One Above All's functioning system to deny The One Above All of its control. As reminder, One Above All both limited and crafted The One Below All as they are the same being the same way the Astral Regulator was created by One Above All- housing his Omnipotence to create 1 Astral Regulator per Universe that nobody- not even Astral Gods like Tribunal could hold a Regulator because it was designed so no living being could retrieve it- leading to Thanos to easily ignore this rule because Thanos was an anomaly outside the natural order of Archetypes such as Death being unable to kill Thanos led to him getting the Regulator and bypass the Marvel Cosmology- a feat that's commonly repeated in the Archie Cosmology which both shares and holds it own Nigh-Omnipotent Gods that are Boundless that surpass 1-A Outerversal Tier; especially when MaginaryWorld is a solid 1-B due to Dreams holding limitless to Infinite Jungian Archetypes while MaginaryWorld gets nuked by Mammoth Mogul and Solaris alike.

Wait. Really? STRENGTH/POWER Hulk is obviously stronger than Knuckles. Hulk is shown to be powerful enough to destroy an entire universe. The WorldBreakers strength is easily above that of the Green Scar which 120 times stronger than the Savage Hulk. It's also likely he's roughly twice that. Hulk was able to bloody up Hyperion, who took a collision of two universes unscathed. Unfortunately for Knuckles, he couldn't really match that. He did destroy a special zone fighting Sonic once, but that's described more as a small pocket dimension than an actual universe. That said, Hulk couldn't really hurt him either. Knuckles scales to Sonic. Super Sonic could survive a beam of energy that could rip people apart molecule by molecule. Super Sonic was unphased and perfectly fine. Pretty much being invincible. As Knuckles has kept pace with Sonic, and traded blows with him, Hyper Knuckles should be comparable, let alone Chaos Knuckles. SPEED/REACTIONS Hulk could match the likes of Thor, who flew across the Marvel universe in seconds. This places Hulk's reaction speeds to approximately 2 quintillion times faster than light. However, Knuckles has kept pace with Sonic, as mentioned before. Sonic has been shown fast enough to run across the multiverse in less than a day, and even move through stopped time! While he was a Roboticized Master at the time, it was stated by writers that Sonic's speed alone could negate time manipulation. There's no earthly method to calculate that. With this in mind, Knuckles could easily blitz Hulk. ARSENAL/ABILITIES: Knuckles should be able use Chaos Control. Which in this universe is a lot more potent. Chaos Control can do the following: restore lost knowledge, increase physical strength, and grant wishes. Hulk has never done anything like that before. At least, that I remember. Overall, I'm sure that Archie Knuckles would take this fight a majority of the time. But It's a breath of fresh air to see Hulk actually take a victory in these videos. 😉

Toba hulk wouldnt kill chaos knuckles with a bite because chaos knuckles is immortal with low godly regen meaning with enough chaos energy and life essence (has alot of) he can regenerate from the bite of 22 he basically has deadpool regen and also has resurrection and chaos knuckles moves as immeasurable speeds meaning the human eye wont be able to comprehend Meaning he would be measured in the lowest measure of time,zeptoseconds meaning he would dodge the attack and also is able to stop time which im sure toba cant move when time is stop
