Storms whole kit is to enable her team. Alone she isn’t gonna do much but with dmg boost and speed boost she’s a solid hybrid although she does need a buff

Barely any damage lol and 17% hit rate you have to slow down when you aim a-little and aim your cross hairs alittle bit before the character to help land the shots , and try staying alittle lower to the ground so you get as many people in your aura, for the buffs that contributes to your team .

Yeah she's only really best for pushing with her ult and supporting aggressive duelists and vanguards, with a good team she's quite huge but with a bad team she's useless don't bother using her
