Dear Swamiji, Thank you for your teachings. It feels great to listen to you and then when it is back to the grind of daily life it is not easy to practice what you teach. Thanks Swamiji for your highly valuable talk. I would like to suggest a simple technique for serious spiritual seekers. Ask the following question to yourself and try to find the answer. 1. At what age you want to die? 2. How you want to die? (Accident, disease, suicide, .......) 3. Where you want to die? ( In the house, in a holy place, in solitude or with all wishers) 4. Are you ready to embrace death right in this moment? Answers for these questions are not expected. When one try to find the answers for these questions, mind gets awakened on many aspects of life and suddenly some clarity will come to the mind.

In meditation…I give less & less importance to experiences of mind, body and the world (thoughts,feelings and perceptions) and then I find myself as pure & peaceful awareness(Atma). This is proof that Atma is unaffected but it is my mistake in waking world that I give more importance to experiences and in this process I forget my Self and get affected. The key is to ignore the non-self.

I remain thankful to Ishwar Who through your own words let me know about Asparsha (contactless) yoga , the one and only medium of revelation of Advaita. Whatever I have done or experienced is now in my memory, which I can't touch or feel in concrete sense and this is the same as or equivalent to what I experience in my dreams. Thus the whole experiences are contactless in reality and the Asparsha Yoga is the easiest and the natural medium of realisation of the Truth in the Advaita form.
